Case Inguz Bank

Context
Inguz bank is a conceptual digital bank that offers a multiple wallets service, allowing users to split their money into up to 5 different digital wallets with customizable objectives and names to facilitate personal financial organization. The unique feature of this functionality is that it allows users to associate virtual cards and Pix keys with a specific wallet, enabling them to direct debits and credits to that particular wallet, making the organization experience even more effective.
Motivation
The idea arose from the need to better organize my personal finances. One of my strategies is to divide different objectives among various digital wallets and accounts, which helps me not to worry about overspending and not being able to pay a bill.
Target Users
People between 18 and 35 years old who consume financial products and services through digital channels and have the habit of organizing their finances.

Hypotheses
If these people had access to a service that offered the same advantages as the competition and the possibility to organize their money through digital wallets, they would use our services much more and perhaps exclusively.

Metrics
The main metrics would be related to capital retention in the bank, that is, how much people are depositing their finances in the bank. An initial OKR would be, "Increase the value of capital retained in the bank."
